With a career dedicated to the mining industry and emergency services Mathhew is committed to ensuring his team treats all clients as if they are part of our own team . Being passionate and outspoken on modern processes in emergency response, safety and training based on the facts behind the fiction enabled Matthew to deliver concise and thoughtful services to ARG’s client base.

Matthew’s extensive experience and value of supporting people in the field motivates him to provide a personalised, professional and thorough approach to all aspects of ARG’s business.

Jeremy Leven

Operations Manager

An experienced and dedicated Operations Manager and Trainer, Jeremy is skilled in leading and training teams to successfully execute operations. He focuses on delivering innovative strategies that create sustainable improvements and streamline processes to increase productivity to enhance client service.

Jeremy’s experience is reflected in the high quality training he provides which is focused on providing students with the most up to date and realistic scenarios.

Grounded in the depth of knowledge and experience he has in the field, Jeremy’s skills in operations ensure that ARG maintains the highest standards in all aspects of our work.

Jesse McNeilly

Business Development Manager

Jesse is a former Australian Army Paratrooper, private security contractor and rescue technician with over 20 years experience.

Holding various positions in management and business operations, including a Master’s in Disaster and Emergency Response, Jesse is passionate and dedicated to saving lives through training and awareness.

Development of ARG as an effective provider for emergency response training and support brings Jesse’s extensive skills in both business development and training together so that clients can be assured that the services we offer work for them..

Ariell Rose

Training and Compliance

Ariell is highly experienced in all aspects of training, administration and staff development iShe brings a range of qualifications including, TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Graduate Certificate of Counseling, University Certificate of Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Education and Bachelor of Arts.

Ariell joins our team in a compliance and training role that will include r delivery of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She brings the enthusiasm, expertise and professionalism that reflects ARG’s commitment to provide quality training by trainers who really enjoy what they do.

Simon Young

Information Technology Manager

Spanning an impressive 20 years of IT involvement on all levels, including sales, support, hardware/software advice and deployment, Simon has been a Network Administrator for the last 10 years as an independent consultant. With primary focus on small business Windows environments, including Windows Server administration, virtualisation, IP CCTV integration, custom database support and hardware advice and deployment. Simon also boasts a background in emergency medicine, with 10 years as a Paramedic and a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedical Science.
