A closed site, and why that matters
Purpose built in the heart of the Cockburn industrial area, the facility is a closed and controlled environment. No public access, no shared tenancy, no negotiating around someone else’s production schedule.
The practical effect is that training runs properly. Scenarios go at realistic tempo instead of being cut short. Live fire, smoke, hazardous materials simulation and night operations all run without the constraints that come with borrowing space on an operating site. And when a crew doesn’t get it right the first time, they run it again, which is where the learning actually happens.
