Ariell is a seasoned professional with expertise in training, administration, and staff development. Armed with qualifications such as TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Graduate Certificate of Counseling, University Certificate of Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Education, and Bachelor of Arts, she joins our team as the Training Administration Coordinator, delivering the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Ariell embodies the enthusiasm, expertise, and professionalism that mirrors ARG’s dedication to delivering high-quality training by passionate trainers.

With over 20 years of comprehensive IT experience encompassing sales, support, hardware/software consultation, and deployment, Simon has excelled as a Network Administrator for the past decade, offering independent consulting services. His expertise spans small business Windows environments, including Windows Server administration, virtualisation, IP CCTV integration, custom database support, and hardware consultation and deployment. Simon brings a unique blend of IT proficiency and emergency medicine background, with a decade of experience as a Paramedic and a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedical Science.

Alana boasts a decade of expertise in administration, accounts management and social media. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for organisation, she excels in streamlining operations and maximising efficiency. Her comprehensive experience spans various administrative functions, financial management, and social media marketing strategies. Alana’s commitment to excellence ensures ARG benefits from seamless operations and effective online presence, reflecting our dedication to professional service and client satisfaction.
