Alana is ARG’s Accounts and Marketing Administrator, bringing over 10 years of experience in admin and finance to the team, plus a real talent for content creation. With a sharp eye for detail and a creative streak that lifts everything she touches, Alana balances the practical and the polished with ease. Training Administrator

Candice is ARG’s Training Administrator and the behind the scenes superstar who keeps our training operations running like clockwork. With a flair for customer service and a serious head for compliance and admin, she’s the queen of course bookings and an absolute record keeping master. Her attention to standards, audits and policy detail ensures ARG’s training stays sharp and consistently on top of its game. Candice brings warmth and order to everything she does, and is one of the big reasons our training feels organised and seamless for students and trainers alike.

Andrew, better known as “Stoof,” is ARG’s Growth, Capability, and Training Coordinator (GCTC), and yes, he really is a man of the people. With a background steeped in emergency response and a sixth sense for what crews and clients actually need, Stoof bridges the gap between training delivery and good old fashioned relationship building. Whether he’s coordinating courses or sharing a story over a coffee, Stoof brings warmth and a contagious attitude to everything he takes on. He’s the connector and the encourager, and one of the big reasons our crew and clients keep coming back.

Lead Trainer and Assessor

Jhana is ARG’s Lead Trainer and Assessor. With a strong grounding in emergency response and a real knack for breaking down complex content into something that actually sticks, Jhana makes sure every student walks away with the skills and confidence to perform when it counts. He has a way of keeping training engaging without cutting corners on the technical side, and his personality comes through in how he teaches, which is a big part of why students remember what they learn with him.
